Case Details
Project Overview
In August 2026, multiple Partner Robotics construction robots were deployed at the Wuhan Huayi Boarding School project, marking a significant advancement in intelligent collaborative operations for educational facility construction. On-site, the Mortar Leveling Robot and Floor Tile Paving Robot P900 PRO adopted a continuous relay construction mode, seamlessly connecting two critical processes to establish a complete closed-loop workflow from base leveling to tile paving. This integration effectively enhanced overall construction efficiency and notably shortened the project delivery cycle.
Technical Workflow Integration
The Mortar Leveling Robot is equipped with a dual-grinding-head compaction system, eliminating the need for secondary polishing and achieving a finished surface flatness of ≤2 mm per 2 m. Following the completion of the leveling process, the Floor Tile Paving Robot P900 PRO proceeds with precisely matched operation routes and construction sequences, ensuring construction quality with millimeter-level accuracy and delivering stable, reliable results. The multi-machine collaborative relay operation has successfully streamlined the entire process from leveling to paving.
