Requirements of the DEMO PROJECT

1. Material requirements

· Tile size*: 300x600, 600x600, 400x800 and 800x800 mm.

· Tile color**: light prefered. No black tile.

· Pattern***: staggered pattern is not supported.

 

2. Space for demo

· We aim at a 1-week demo (5 working days)

· Roughly > 300 ㎡ needed

· Preferably open space

 

3. Floor prerequisites

· Clean the dust and remove the obtacles

· Flatness: 3 mm/2 m, peak-to-valley within 5 mm recommended; 5 mm/2 m, peak-to-valley within 15 mm compulsory.

 

4. Preparation

· Tile layout file Tiles and mortar in position

 

5. Robot transportation

· Vertical:elevator which can take > 900 kg, width > 900 mm and depth > 1300 mm.

· Horizontal: door size height ≥1800mm, width≥900mm;clarance for passage≤50mm,step height≤30mm,slope≤10°

 

6. Supply

· 5 kW electricity power supply

· Water supply for mixing and cleaning

· Lighting

 

7. Storage

· Avoid high temp and humid

 

8. Cleaning

· Proper drain for the waste

Criteria of success

 

1. General Productivity

 

Data recordinag starts on Day 3, when the laborers from the host get a chance of gettting familiar with working with the robot.

We expect the host to pick laborers who are willing to embrace new technology.

 

2. Quality of the tile installation
