The robot can only pave the full piece; the cut piece needs to be paved manually.

10 square meters is fine, but productivity not as good as large room/space.

1. What is the real-world average joint deviation after curing (not just machine accuracy)?

<0.5 mm with clips/levelers installed manually. The machine ensures uniformity in X/Y axes and in the height of the flooring, with ± 0.5mm height difference between tiles.

2. Can joint width be adjusted digitally per project (e.g. 1.5 mm / 2 mm / 3 mm)?

Yes, from 1-4 mm.

We can also change the width of the gap between the tiles as needed.

3. How does the robot compensate for minor tile warping or thickness variation possible unevenness of the floor?

The robot CAN NOT compensate for the tile warping or thickness variation but CAN compensate for the unevenness of the floor by laser reference which can always keep the top surface of the mortar/adhesive constant.

4. Is the robot compatible with standard leveling systems (clips & wedges)?

The clips still need to be done manually.

5. Can the robot follow specific laying patterns (straight, offset, brick pattern)?

Support straight, offset (brick pattern).

6. What type of glue and what type of tiles is best to use?

Regular glue for floor is okay. Porcelain is better. The adhesive mortar has no special requirement; all types of ceramic tiles adhesive can be used.

We set up the paving path via App (tile size/piece of tile/how many lanes).

The robot automatically paves one lane of tiles as instructed by the operator with tablet; then the operator will remotely control the robot to start another lane.

We have two modes for lane switching: manually and automatically.

5. How often does the robot need to stop for adhesive refilling during normal operation? What is the volume of the glue tank?

Depends on thickness of adhesive; volume of the glue tank is 75kg (about 75 L, roughly for 3 bags of 25kg adhesive).

We offer accessory equipment (a bucket lifting pal) to smooth the process of refilling the tiles and mortar.

Any mixer can do the job for mortar mixing.

6. What happens if the material runs out (adhesive, tiles)? Does the robot stop, or will I receive a notification?

The robot will stop and alert on the app.

7. How many people are needed to operate the robot and as a team for the paving job? Is productivity affected when operating with only one worker?

One worker to operate the robot, and one worker to refill the adhesive/tiles.

Now, 1 operator + 1 worker to fine tune the tile and put on clips + 1 worker supplies the tiles and mortar to maximize the efficiency. Experienced robot operator can do the fine-tuning as well.

So 2 people can do the job but with some compromise of the efficiency. 1 person can operate it, but efficiency is reduced.

6 hours for a break, like lunch time for workers.

· After the above mentioned on-site training sessions, we will only provide training to those partners who express a desire to become our distributors. These partners will receive training solely in China.

· In the future, every year or every six months, they can come back for further training or education. As we want our partners to be more than just sellers of our machines; We could provide training, but ultimately, their technical team should master the skills and have the capability to provide the local after-sales service in local area.
